Account Suspension & Closure

- The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Balance remaining in the Account — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach and the outcome of nagot 88's internal investigation.
